Richard Ng presenting his preliminary findings on behalf of Group 5The retreat was attended by Prof. Dr. Mansor Fadzil, Senior VP of OUM and all deans and directors of the respective departments. All in 50 people were involved. They are divided into 6 groups:
Group:1 - Focus on Assessment Issues
Group: 2 - Learning Materials Issues
Group: 3 - Programme Development Issues
Group: 4 - Manpower Issues
Group: 5 - Support Services Issues
Group: 6 - Programme Delivery

Others include AP Dr. Santhi Ragavan (Director of Centre for Students Management, Sdra Yon Rosli (Marketing Director), Dato' Dr. Nik Najib (Director, Kelantan Regional Learning Centres) and Richard Ng (Director, Perak Regional Learning Centres).
